Resiliency through relationship.

As difficult as it is to admit, it’s hard to be determined, alone. That’s where we come in.

01 Clarity

Our coaching process is divided into three steps. The first step is called CLARITY.

Its objective is to gain a clear understanding of your situation or problem through active listening and questioning. To accomplish this, we ask open-ended questions that guide you to explore your thoughts, emotions, and beliefs about the issue. Then, you’ll summarizes your understanding of the situation. The return on investment for this step is a concise problem statement that will steer the remainder of the coaching process.

Deliverables

  • Client has a clear and concise problem statement that will steer the coaching process.

  • Cognitive Coach has a thorough understanding of the client's perspective.

02 Solutions

The second step is SOLUTIONS.

Here, you’ll discover solutions to the problem through exploration, brainstorming, and guided conversation. Our coaches will prompt you to consider different points of view and alternatives by using curiosity and reflection. You and your coach will then create a list of possible options or strategies to address the problem. These options are evaluated based on feasibility, potential outcomes, and alignment with their values and goals. The return on investment for this step is a set of viable solutions to the problem and has increased self-awareness and problem-solving skills.

Deliverables

  • Client has a set of viable solutions to the problem, increased self-awareness, and problem-solving skills.

  • Cognitive Coach has practical application on which to build helpful feedback.

03 Results

The third step is RESULTS.

Finally, we’ll support the you in developing an action plan to implement the chosen solution and evaluate its effectiveness. The coaches will help you identify potential roadblocks, resources, and provide the support needed to execute the plan. Through established metrics, you will be able to measure progress towards your goal and determine success. The return on investment for this step is a well-defined action plan built for implementation. You’ll also have a clear understanding of your preferred outcomes and how to measure success.

Deliverables

  • Client selects a solution and identifies the actions required to implement it.

  • Coach helps the client identify potential roadblocks, resources, and support needed to execute the plan.

My great concern is not whether you have failed, but whether you are content with your failure.
